as posted by the channelWe return to the fateful Impact Site to collect the remaining ship piece. Since there is only one, I spend the rest of the time building up the Pikmin population. I discovered through a bit of research that there are 2 enemies that appear in the large, circular area of this region: the Goolix and the Mamuta. The Goolix appears on odd-numbered days following Day 8, while the Mamuta appears on even-numbered days after the same day. Neither are very exciting nor give very many Pikmin, so we will likely skip coming back to the Impact Site after this day. Nonetheless, look up the enemies if you're interested and don't know what they are.
I took a small hit on blue Pikmin today after some dumb mistakes, including losing 8 of them to a pearly clamclamp and leaving 1 behind. Luckily I ended up profiting from the pearls and the number pellets, so it all worked out pretty well. Not an incredibly exciting day, but a productive one!
