Anxiety can be a real pain when it shows up where it's unwelcome. It gets such a bad wrap that we often forget how crucial the emotion has been to ensuring our survival, as it is the first biological responder when our safety is threatened. There's actually a pretty interesting scientific process behind the experience of anxiety, so this video hopes to explain what goes on and even how to reduce some of the symptoms. I'm anxious to get started.
