Does Donald Trump go to jail after the four indictments against him? Allan Lichtman says, yes. Donald Trump is charged in Georgia for election interference, Washington D.C. for January 6th, in New York for hush money payments, and for keeping classified documents, and Allan Lichtman thinks one of these will put Trump in prison. Unless, Trump gets the Spiro Agnew deal. Agnew, who was Richard Nixon's Vice President, was found guilty of taking bribes. Agnew reached a deal where he admitted to one count of tax evasion, got probation, but agreed to disappear from politics. Maybe Trump can get a similar deal, but he'd have to get a deal in each of the four cases. Agnew had just one case facing him, Trump has four cases all happening at different times, so it's possible to get a deal in each, but unlikely.
