First, Chrissy and Lee Hicks have been in the news this week after Duke University Medical Center refused to give their daughter Yulia, who was adopted from Ukraine, a kidney transplant she desperately needs. The reason? Her parents don't want her to get the COVID vaccine. While they were previously told the vaccine was a recommendation, it appears to now be a requirement. Chrissy and Lee share their story and how we can help. Then, we're joined by our friend Kirk Cameron to talk about his new film, "Lifemark," and the importance and beauty of adoption, as well as this week's news that over 50 public libraries, many of which have hosted drag queen story hours, have refused to allow Kirk a story hour for his new family-friendly book, "As You Grow," claiming the "messaging does not align."
