YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

On July 18, a few hundred Catholics gathered in Washington D.C. to participate in the Catholic Day of Action for Immigrant Children, to protest the detention of migrant children at the border. 70 of the activists were arrested after they refused to leave the rotunda, in an act of civil disobedience.

Join the conversation with those who were there, including Executive Editor Kerry Weber, Billy Critchley-Menor and Jason Steidl, participants at the Catholic Day of Action. The conversation will be moderated by Colleen Dulle, a reporter who covered the protest.
