Syndicated columnist Mark Shields and New York Times columnist David Brooks spoke a bit about the billions being bandied about on Capitol Hill. Who is planning to save us how much you ask? The fellas help make sense of it. I'd also recommend checking out these pieces by reporter/producer Quinn Bowman.
