4:52Now PlayingSupreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has repeated several times during Thursday's hearing he was willing to take whatever committee the Senate Judiciary Committee thought best on an allegation of sexual assault against him.
Sen. Kamala Harris said she had not heard Kavanaugh answer whether he was wiling to ask the White House to initiate an FBI investigation into the allegation.
Kavanaugh started to say that he had already undergone six FBI background investigations.
"I'm going to take that as a no," Harris interrupted. The two moved on.
