Manchin, the remaining undecided Democrat, announced his support for Kavanaugh moments after Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, said she would vote to confirm the nominee.
Kavanaugh is now set to have the votes needed to be confirmed. A vote is expected Saturday.
