as posted by the channel

In the Democratic response to President Donald Trump's State of the Union address, Stacey Abrams said the recent partial government shutdown -- the longest in U.S. history -- was a "stunt engineered" by the president "that defied every tenet of fairness." Abrams, who said she volunteered to distribute meals to furloughed federal workers who hadn't received a paycheck in weeks, added that making Americans' livelihoods "a pawn for political games is a disgrace."
