0:57Now PlayingNikki Haley ended her run for the presidency on Wednesday, making Donald Trump the last major candidate to seek the Republican nomination.
The announcement by the former U.N. ambassador and governor of South Carolina came a day after Trump's convincing Super Tuesday performance.
Haley, the only woman to seek the 2024 GOP nomination, declined to endorse Trump during a brief appearance Wednesday morning, but encouraged him to expand his appeal to potential voters.
"In all likelihood, Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee when our party convention meets in July," she said. "I congratulate him. And wish him well. I wish anyone well, who would be America's president. Our country is too precious to let our differences divide us."
