3:05Now PlayingMinnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison's son, Jeremiah Ellison, is a member of the Minneapolis City Council and among the uncommitted delegates at the 2024 Democratic National Convention who have voiced concerns about the Israel-Hamas war.
In an interview with PBS News on Night 2 of the convention in Chicago, Keith Ellison encouraged uncommitted delegates to engage in more dialogue with elected Democratic leaders to push the change they want to see.
"They showed up at the Democratic National Convention to try to persuade people they believe are persuadable. So what that shows me is they have hope," he said.
