This came while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting the White House. The Trump administration also moved this week to swiftly dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, which is the federal government’s agency aimed at delivering humanitarian aid to other countries.
