0:48Now PlayingPresident Donald Trump disparaged former President Joe Biden on Tuesday while addressing U.S. service members in Japan as part of his tour through Asia. Biden "wasn't much of a president," Trump said. "That I can tell you. That we all know."
Trump also said Biden would claim he was "a pilot, a truck driver, whatever, whoever walked in," despite no evidence to support the president's assertion.
Trump spoke to U.S. troops aboard the USS George Washington at the Yokosuka Naval Base after meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, Japan's first female leader.
Trump will head to South Korea on Wednesday where he is slated to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
