The Pentagon says it's investigating Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., over a video in which he and a number of other U.S. lawmakers urged U.S. troops to refuse to follow illegal orders. Defense officials say Kelly's comments may have interfered with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. In a statement, Kelly said: "I have given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution."
