YouTube Description
as posted by the channelPresident Donald Trump said Monday that he had a "very good call" with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
The conversation came after a federal agent shot and killed 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti on Saturday in Minneapolis, where the Trump administration has been conducting immigration enforcement.
The president said in a Truth Social post that both he and Walz "seemed to be on a similar wavelength." Walz said in his own statement that he and the president had a "productive conversation."
A day earlier, Walz called out the president, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and U.S. Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino during a news conference for "sullying" Pretti's name.
Bovino said during his own news conference Sunday that the "immigration mission" in Minneapolis "continues unabated."
