The content creation industry generated $250 billion in 2023. But the 1.5 million content creators in the U.S. have few workplace rules or protections. Content creator Shira Lazar wants  to change that. Lazar teamed up with California Rep. Ro Khanna to create the “Creator's Bill of Rights,” which aims to set basic workplace conditions for the creator class.

Ali Rogin spoke with Lazar and Khanna about what they're hoping to accomplish and the future of the content creation industry.
