Trump’s executive order called for a 90day ban on travelers from Libya, Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen and a 120day ban on all refugees. The court is expected to hear oral arguments in the case in October. Three justicesClarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuchissued a separate ruling supporting the full implementation of the travel ban.
