Dr. Yashica Robinson, one of the only remaining abortion providers in the state, calls the possibility that physicians could be incarcerated, in some cases for longer periods than perpetrators of sexual assault, "simply appalling." She says, "There is no physician that would want to have to choose between their own freedom and doing what is best for the patient."
