5:37Now PlayingPresident Donald Trump has threatened to take military action in response to a drone and missile strike on Saudi Arabian oil refineries Saturday. Houthi rebels in Yemen claimed responsibility for the attack, while Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and other U.S. officials have suggested that Iran is to blame. But Medea Benjamin, co-founder of CodePink, says that neither scenario is a viable pretext for military escalation. "We have to stop our support for the war in Yemen," Benjamin says. "The other thing we have to recognize is that the conflict with Iran is totally manufactured by Donald Trump, and that Congress must reiterate what's in the Constitution. He does not have the right to take military action against Iran — that is the right of the Congress."
