"This bill creates a wholesale opportunity for us to fix all of the things that have been wrong in our democracy." We also speak with Reverend William Barber, co-chair of the Poor People's Campaign, who says Republican opposition to the bill exposes their cruelty. "They are committed to keeping alive voter suppression that started with the Southern Strategy. They are today's Strom Thurmond," says Barber.
