The report revealed that drone strikes led by Erik Prince’s private military firm Vectus Global in Haiti had killed at least 60 civilians — including 17 children.
The U.S. military and a number of U.S.-based security contractors are in Haiti aiming to suppress the island nation's rise of armed paramilitary "gangs," which have wrested territorial control from the government amid an ongoing political crisis.
