Not all foods are created equal when it comes to glyphosate.

Some crops are sprayed heavily and absorb those chemicals more than others. That means what you choose to buy organic actually matters.

Here are a few big ones to pay attention to at Costco:

🌽Corn

One of the most sprayed crops. It is often genetically modified and heavily treated with pesticides. Organic corn helps reduce that toxic load.

🌾Wheat

Conventional wheat is commonly sprayed right before harvest. This can leave residues that may impact gut health and digestion. Choosing organic can make a big difference for sensitive kids.

🛢️Canola oil

Highly processed and often made from genetically modified crops. It is also unstable at high heat. Swap it for cleaner fats like avocado oil or olive oil for everyday cooking.

You do not have to do everything at once. Start with one or two changes and build from there. Your child’s body will thank you.

And if this matters to you, we are taking it beyond the kitchen.
