Details of this litigation reveals that Amber Heard did NOT find herself unable to donate to CHLA and ACLU as she promised because she has had to pay $6 million in legal fees - Travelers Insurance Company has paid the bill for her! And Elaine Bredehoft KNEW this, because she is the attorney Travelers approved for her defense! This could be a BIG ethical problem for Elaine.
