Karen Read. We're going to look specifically at the parts of the hearing addressing the Commonwealth's motion to exclude evidence from the defense that somebody other than Karen Read killed John O'Keefe in the early morning hours of January 29, 2022. Of course we know *why* the Commonwealth doesn't want this evidence in, but what's the likelihood that they can keep it out? Did Karen Read's lawyers mess up by not filing a motion to present the defense? We'll break it all down.
