YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAs a lawyer, you may not agree with how jurors approach a case, but you ignore their feedback at your peril.
Aidan “Dr. Turtleboy” Kearney conducted an extended interview with one of the jurors in Karen Read’s first trial and it provided a wealth of insight into how the jury approached the case and their deliberative role. After watching the interview, I shared my thoughts about some of the big takeaways from it that, if I had conducted this trial, I would take to heart for the retrial. During this very casual conversation, I am repotting a small western larch bonsai that I collected from near Rimrock Lake in Washington.
