as posted by the channelWhile I questioned some aspects of the defense strategy yesterday, it is also the case that so far, the Commonwealth has not made significant headway in proving their case against Karen Read. The promise of "science, facts, and data" has yet to materialize; instead, we've been treated to a somewhat confusing hodge-podge of witnesses from different parts of the timeline with less than impeccable reliability in their accounts. So far we're not convinced that Karen Read said "I hit him, I hit him, I hit him" to Timothy Nuttall. and we clearly understand that Kerry Roberts did not hear Karen ask Jen McCabe to google "hypothermia" while they were sitting in the patrol car after finding John. Is Day 3 going to be the day the Commonwealth delivers on its opening commitment to give us science, facts, and data showing Karen killed John?
