In that short session, we finished the cross-exam of firefighter Daniel Whitley, saw some more clips of Karen's interviews, introduced some surveillance footage from CF McCarthy's and the Waterfall, also introduced some Cellebrite reports, and read John and Karen's text messages to each other the day leading up to John's death.
Today we will likely have only one witness, Dr. Garrey Faller, who is expected to testify about the protocols for testing Karen's blood serum for alcohol the following morning. During the afternoon, the jury will go on a scene view. Still no sign of "science, facts, and data" proving Karen killed John with her car.
