as posted by the channelPart 4 brings us back to finish the cross-examination of former SPD Deputy Chief Brian Holmes, who conducted the 2021 IA investigation of Robert Devine. It was not a good cross, because several hours later, I'm not sure what the point was, and neither, apparently, was the hearing officer. Holmes is expected to be the last of the POST Division's witnesses, meaning that we'll next turn to the defense case.
