13:53Now PlayingIslamic immigration to the United States and Europe needs to stop. At least a moratorium, or a slow-down, for an extended period of time. The Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris, and threats from groups like ISIS should put everyone on their collective heels.
It has been said that fighters will be sent with the true Syrian refugees, simultaneously, to attack Western countries. Many of these people are nearly undetectable. Especially by Westerners. How are you to tell the difference between an Iraqi civilian, an Afghan terrorist, and a Syrian engineer? In many cases, they all have the same types of documents. They look the same. They speak the same language.
Why should we subject ourselves to such a security risk at a very volatile time in our own history? We have race riots going on, we have thousands of homeless and suicidal veterans, we have a near-insurmountable debt, and we have an impending election which could change the shape of our nations future.
What is the purpose in compounding all of those issues and important events with a clear and obvious security risk, like bringing in immigrants en masse from violent parts of the world, from which we have received threats?
At a certain point, we have to stop being so politically correct, and protect the people who are already in our nation. Both immigrant and non immigrant. There is a time and place for political posturing and games, but now and here is not one of those times! We should take our cues from countries across the pond. Especially France. Close the borders, and suspend immigration. Not because of racism or intolerance, but for the safety of Americans. Immigration without integration is an invasion.
