as posted by the channelDr. Ben Carson gave a speech that many have labeled bizarre (for some odd reason) at the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Tuesday, July 19th, 2016. In the speech, he tied Hillary Clinton to Lucifer, in an effort to explain how evil of a person she is and why it's so important to back Donald Trump. Mr. Carson also railed against political correctness. He says that it's designed to get good people to sit down and shut up while they (the people in charge/political elite/media) change everything.
During the post-speech with Sean Hannity, Carson brought up the allegations of "plagiarism" from Melania Trump (Donald Trump's wife) as it relates to the Michelle Obama 2008 speech. He handled the accusations in a creative way, saying that those lines were basic core values that most people, and all Americans, have consistently lived by throughout history, and that it should be seen as an accomplishment that a Democrat and Republican were on the same page with something.
