as posted by the channelNew York has been the recent face of east coast liberalism. Now, they have taken that title a step too far. A Park Slope, Brooklyn public library has been hosting events for very small children and their parents hosted by a drag queen by the name of “Lil Miss Hot Mess.” The aforementioned drag queen is of course a gay male who dresses as a woman and entertains children. His dressed up look could be considered similar to a traditional clown that also entertains children … but much more… gay. “Hot Mess” can also be inappropriate (and is by many) because of the way he entertains children and the fact that he entertains children at all.
First of all, he has songs that he recites with children, one of which is an altered version of “The Wheels on the Truck Go Round and Round.” His new version of the song includes the line “the hips on the drag queen go swish, swish, swish.” When this line is sung, he can be seen visibly sashaying his hips while very small children (toddler age) tend to sashay their hips with him. He also asks the question “who wants to be a drag queen when they grow up?” Many children in the audience raise their hands. Brooklyn New York hosting an event like this could and should be considered a form of child abuse.
Being against this type of behavior performed in front of very small children has nothing to do with being anti-gay or anti-intellectualism. Far from it. It’s the simple fact that children should not be exposed to such mature things in a way that would require them to use a sharp degree of discernment. Adults may be able to sit through something like this and understand the difference between fantasy and reality. But how about small children who are easily led in the wrong direction? With still developing minds, this so-called “entertainment” is nothing other than well-crafted indoctrination. And the crazy parents who allow it to take place are in on it.
