Nancy Pelosi Refers To Big Tax Cut Bonuses As "Crumbs" From Her Ivory Tower in the Sky (REACTION)

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said bonuses–up to $2,000–that companies are handing out as a result of President Trump’s tax reform plan are “crumbs” but praised former President Barack Obama’s $40 tax cut for workers in 2011.

“In terms of the bonus that corporate America received versus the crumbs that they are giving to workers to kind of put the schmooze on — it’s so pathetic,” Pelosi said Thursday, according to Fox News. “I think it’s insignificant.”

Many companies, such as AT&T and Fiat Chrysler, gave their employees bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 in anticipation of the tax savings from Trump’s tax plan that would lower the corporate tax rate to 21 percent.

But the California Democrat sang a different tune in 2011 when the Obama administration passed a $40 tax cut for workers, praising it as a “victory for all Americans”:
