as posted by the channelThere are quite a few presidential hopefuls for the 2020 Presidential election. Donald Trump appears to be the most likely person to win, as he is the incumbent which dramatically increases his chances. There is also a very light list of people on the opposing side that could possibly do any better than political giant Hillary Clinton did in 2016 with nearly double the money behind her than Trump had.
Cory Booker and Kamala Harris lead the pack as far as current politicians that may run for President in 2020. They have both been very vocal and public in what appears to be an attempt to “groom” them into a Presidential role. Chattering of Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Joe Biden running have been floating around, but they are all over 70 with Hillary Clinton being the youngest, who will be 73 years old in 2020 on Election day.
Then there are the non-political people who may run on the left that have a much better chance at winning than any political person. First up is Oprah Winfrey, who has said she doesn't want to be President although she keeps leaving the door open with passionate speeches and a political air about her when she appears on television. Then there is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kanye West, Bob Iger (Disney CEO), and Mark Cuban. All highly visible, some of whom are billionaires, all of whom would do an excellent job at fundraising.
At the end of the day, all of them have their truly best chance at winning in 2024 after Trump, the incumbent, wins again in 2020. Either way it goes, the election cycle will be fantastic to watch.
