as posted by the channelJohn Iadarola of The Young Turks made a few comments during one of their shows about online conservatives and their “indoctrination” of their viewers. In a nutshell, he says that there is no concern for the future of the Republican party from these people since they will say nearly anything just for views and Patreon dollars. In reality, most people are not really political but are pushed away from anything left-related because of their extreme and radical stances on a myriad of social issues.
So-called “right wingers” (which usually aren’t most of the time) have become more attractive due to usually being close to what one would call “normal.” Not because of a charismatic personality online convincing them to abandon all of their ideology and principles that they’ve held near and dear for all of their lives. TYT and most vocal liberals in general don’t quite seem to understand that point, but they will get a rude awakening come 2018 midterms and also the 2020 Presidential election.
