11:02Now PlayingPortland, Oregon Mayor Ted Wheeler made two appearances on Fox News and said that far right racists are coming to his city for conflict. He was referring to a planned anti-violence rally in the city on Saturday, August 17th, 2019.
Wheeler mentioned far-right groups by name including nationalists and racists. When he was asked about ANTIFA's role in the conflict, he said he doesn't care what your politics are. Many would call out the obvious hypocrisy there. He has no issue calling out the politics of extremist groups that he thinks are on the right, but is totally quiet about those on the left.
