During her appearance on CBS This Morning, Winfrey said the documentary had “some inconsistencies in the stories that we need to look at.” The media mogul also confirmed that she was not pressured by Simmons to leave the project.
No comment or question was presented that explained her own previous allegations or affiliations. Her school in Africa in which administrators were accused of abusing children and her association with Harvey Weinstein are two hot potatoes that didn't get touched.
