YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA man in Santee, California decided to wear an offensive face mask to a grocery store. This comes just one day after San Diego County passed an ordinance requiring masks to be worn in public to prevent the spread of the virus.
The grocery store allowed the man to shop pretty much interrupted, save for a few onlookers with their phones out.
The man was eventually told (during checkout) that he either had to remove the mask or leave the store. He promptly removes his mask, finishes checking out his items, then leaves.
San Diego County police have launched an investigation into the matter. It is not quite clear what they can do to the man. Either they say he was wrong for wearing a mask or they say he was acting within city guidelines.
The county should have to prove the mask the man wore was prohibited. Because wearing masks in public, regardless of what type of mask, is generally prohibited outside of the recent ordinance.
