The option to dislike videos will still be available, but the number of dislikes will not be public. Users of YouTube say this will prevent low-quality content from being properly vetted before they watch it. There is also an allegation of protectionism against the Biden administration. Almost every single video that The White House uploads receive an enormous dislike to like ratio. So the question is... does the rule protect the little guy or the "big guy?"
