1:53Now PlayingExposing yourself to dark images, messages and themes is giving a foothold to the enemy. It’s giving the enemy permission to influence you. Even when going trick-or-treating, you/your children are surrounded by images of darkness, fear and death. If a demon of anxiety can enter a child by seeing a brief moment of a horror movie, then seeds of darkness and even demons can enter one when willingly exposing themselves to images, sounds and themes of darkness, and stepping into the devil’s territory by participating and celebrating his holiday.
‘“You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night.”
