as posted by the channelIn Paul’s time there were fake prophets/apostles/teachers, meaning they weren’t sent by God, but began ministries insincerely and out of a competitive spirit towards Paul (jealous and envious of his anointing & his ministry) . Most believers today would think that Paul should expose them individually and reveal how fake and wrong they are. Yet this is what Paul did:
Philippians 1:15-18 AMP
“Some, it is true, are [actually] preaching Christ out of envy and rivalry [toward me—for no better reason than a competitive spirit or misguided ambition], but others out of goodwill and a loyal spirit [toward me]. The latter [preach Christ] out of love, because they know that I have been put here [by God on purpose] for the defense of the gospel; but the former preach Christ [insincerely] out of selfish ambition [just self-promotion], thinking that they are causing me distress in my imprisonment. What then [does it matter]? So long as in every way, whether in pretense [for self-promotion] or in all honesty [to spread the truth], Christ is being preached; and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice [later as well],”
We should have hearts for people to receive from God through pure ministers like Paul today. But the way that we should play our part in helping people to listen to the true servants of God is not by tearing down the false/impure hearted. Instead we should shine our light brighter bear more fruits for the glory of God so people can see the difference and in their own free will choose to come and receive from the true servants of God.
This judgmental, critical spirit towards ministers in NOT biblical. These exposed videos are NOT biblical. These ministers pointing out flaws of other ministers is NOT biblical. It is not righteous judgment. Rather, it’s taking the place of God and asserting yourself as JUDGE.
