You’re obeying God still even when you don’t feel like it. You’re only speaking positively even though it’s the opposite of your emotions. These actions are what’s counted as your spiritual truth and it’s how to walk by faith and not by your emotions. It’s how to have victory over the devil and how to please God. When your emotions don’t match the truth (God’s truth and therefore your truth), don’t let the enemy condemn you! Don’t let the enemy make you feel guilty. We will all have these moments because we are human and because we go through refining fire and valleys sometimes. Have the mind of Christ to see how God is cheering you on and Jesus is praying for you!
