as posted by the channelGod gives us free will. But when you are headed for destruction because of lack of repentance, God will intervene and pursue you yet again. Sometimes that pursuit comes when you’ve hit rock bottom or when you’re in a place of desperation. And that’s the moment you finally decide to seek Him. I asked the congregation at @FiveFoldChurch to raise their hands if the moment they finally turned to God was after hitting rock bottom. It was the majority of hands. Sometimes it’s the love of God that allows you to hit rock bottom. That allows you to feel a NEED for Him, because otherwise, you would never seek Him. This is how we can understand tragedy and pain. No matter what is happening, GOD IS GOOD!
