as posted by the channelFor years my Dad has loved the song “Strange Way to Save the World.” Every time it comes on, he can’t help but sing along with passion. As I listened to the words one day, I was amazed at the prophetic parallels between the song and what my family and I feel about God’s call for my life. My parents and I could never imagine that what God has called me to would be His plan. This calling was so unexpected, so out of the ordinary, and so massive—far beyond our comprehension. Why me? Why us?
My mom chimes in, not realizing I was recording, saying, “I think I like it (this song) because… why did God choose us?”
This video was recorded on January 5, 2021. It was just a few days after a video I posted on TikTok went viral, with many miracles taking place as people watched, and it marked the beginning of revival breaking out. At that time, only a small handful of people attended our church, which was held in a park, depending on the day. My parents believed with me that the prophecy spoken over my life—and the prophecy of revival breaking out—would indeed come to pass.
Years later, it still touches my heart to see this and remember all the shocking miracles God has done since this moment. I’m in awe of God’s faithfulness and His perfect, out-of-the-box plans that have surpassed my expectations!
