Frank Mead was at Edwards Air Force Base in 1972 continuing work that Thomas Townsend Brown started in the 1950s. Hal Puthoff found the CIA's secret UFO group that same year. SAIC was running propulsion studies for Mead by 1988. None of this was happening in isolation. It was one continuous program building toward the same technology, and the evidence has been sitting in congressional documents the whole time. The network was never that hidden. We just had to know where to look.
