With over a decade of experience, Philly-native Jeff St. James has worked to build up a meaningful reputation within the local mental health community. He is both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified PE (Prolonged Exposure) therapist and consultant for trauma victims suffering with PTSD. Prolonged Exposure is an evidence-based therapy also utilized in treating depression, anger, guilt, and general anxiety. In addition to being a trauma specialist, he works with individuals struggling with grief and loss, faith, motivation, hoarding, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and relationship-marital issues.
He enjoys working with adults and has a special interest in men’s issues, including sexuality, loneliness, addictions, masculinity, empowerment, leadership and career development.
