as posted by the channelThe University of Georgia has denied the Athens government permission to install the Linnentown mosaic at the intersection of Baxter and Finley streets, but some UGA students were able to gain permission for a temporary installation outside of Memorial Hall.
From noon until about 4:30pm on Monday, October 3, 2022, these UGA students installed the mosaic, left it up for about an hour and then quickly took it apart again as the day was drawing to a close.
