With clear skies and calming winds, expect another chilly night ahead with overnight lows dipping into the 30s across North Georgia. Widespread frost is expected as you walk out the door, so if you park outside, give yourself a little extra time to scrape it off your windshield and windows.

Our next storm system will sweep through north Georgia late Saturday through Sunday, bringing scattered showers throughout the day on Sunday. Because of this, Sunday has been designated a First Alert Weather Day. Temperatures will also be cooler Sunday with highs only in the 50s.
