YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAfter a gorgeous Sunday that saw plenty of sunshine and the clouds holding off until the evening hours, expect another mild night ahead with a hint of mugginess and temperatures dropping into the lower 60s for the metro area. Outside the perimeter, most folks can expect morning lows in the mid-to-upper 50s.
Plan on more clouds than sun this coming week, but a pleasant week ahead nonetheless. A summertime pattern of pop-up showers and storms will continue through most of the week as a high pressure system will stay off the Carolina coastline, though thankfully the summertime heat will be staying away with highs for the most part in the upper 70s to lower 80s. We’ll be on the edge of the high pressure so just enough moisture will be able to work in for a storm or two, but higher rain chances will stay to our north and west.
