YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

On Tuesday, city and housing officials, along with developers and community stakeholders, broke ground on a 148-unit affordable housing complex on the site of the Atlanta Civic Center.

The Atlanta Civic Center, which played host to hundreds of high school graduations and concerts since it opened in 1968, has sat vacant since it closed in 2014.

The complex, set to open to renters in late 2027, will be prioritized for low-income seniors.
