In October, the department launched “Tappy Tuesday,” a social media initiative that posts videos weekly showing residents what not to do on Lawrenceville roads.

The videos have become an instant hit, garnering hundreds of thousands of views and hundreds of comments. They showcase traffic violations, such as cars running red lights in front of police officers and reckless driving.
